Someone with a sociopathic personality; a person with an antisocial personality disorder ('psychopath' was once widely used but has now been superseded by 'sociopath')

A friend juz described as a sociopath. At first I thought it was laughable. But its probably true. I should just be a hermit. People start off with wonderful smiles on their faces, jokes, closeness and then suddenly out of the blue they deliver the blow. The blow that hurts you so much more when you realize that your all alone.
No one likes you.
No one wants your company.
You're repulsive.
I'm doing something very wrong but if you don't tell me I'll never know.
The pain will continue through the days and the nights and I'll never know why?
What I did to deserve it?

I just end up hating myself.

I'm angry, hurt and incredibly disappointed. Coz I never expected it from you.
